Do you offer custom orders?
Yes, we do!

Yes! We offer wholesale pricing and bulk orders for companies and resellers. Please contact us directly for details and a customized quote.
Do you ship outside Jordan?
Yes, we offer nationwide and international delivery:
- Inside Jordan: 3 JD delivery fee to all governorates.
- International shipping: via Aramex. The price is calculated based on the productโs weight and shown at checkout for all countries.

To make sure you get the perfect fit:

- Measure your chest, waist, and length according to our size chart.

What is your return policy?
We offer returns and exchanges only for clothing items under the following conditions:
- The item must not be worn or used.
- The request must be made within 6 hours of receiving the order.
- The customer covers the delivery cost.

Do you participate in bazaars?
Yes, we love meeting our customers in person!
- We have a booth at City Mall every month.
- We are at Souk Jara every Friday during the season.
Can I request a fully custom design?
Absolutely!
We can design and produce special pieces like abayas, hoodies, thobes, or farwa with your chosen pattern, color, and size.
Pricing for custom orders is calculated individually after discussing your request.
